Key processes, such as brake base welding, are followed by precision machining of the axle body (coaxiality ≤0.08mm) and boring of three holes (position accuracy ≤0.1mm). Dynamic braking performance tests are conducted before leaving the factory, with key item qualification rates reaching 99.96% for three consecutive years and after-sales failure rates <0.15%.
