Qingdao Qingte New Material Technology Co., Ltd. is a newly established intelligent casting base founded by Qingte Group to advance industrial upgrading and focus on core component manufacturing. Located in Tianzhuang Town, Pingdu City, Qingdao, the company covers an area of approximately 150,000 square meters, with a total building area of 350,000 square meters. Phase I of the project represents an investment of RMB 1 billion (approximately USD 140 million) and is designed with an annual production capacity of 50,000 tons of high-end castings.

The company employs advanced green sand casting processes, with main products encompassing critical castings for the automotive, agricultural machinery, and construction machinery sectors — such as Axle housings, reducer housings, brackets, and casings — as well as precision components like robotic joint arms. The company has successfully entered the supply chains of numerous globally renowned enterprises, including CARRARO, CNH, FIAT, IVECO-FPT, UK-based JCB, and KUKA.

Core production equipment has been sourced from internationally leading manufacturers: the facility features a German HWS fully automatic static pressure molding line and pouring machine, a German EIRICH fully automatic rotor sand mixer, and UK-made CLANSMAN extraction manipulators. With flask dimensions of 2500×1600×500/500 mm, this ranks among the largest fully automatic static pressure molding lines in China by flask size, ensuring high precision, high complexity, and high consistency in product quality. Additionally, the company has established an integrated axle housing machining line equipped with German DMG horizontal machining centers, enabling end-to-end delivery capability from casting blanks to precision machining.
