On October 10, the signing ceremony of strategic cooperation between Cararo Group and Qingte Group was successfully held. Andrea Conchetto, President of Carraro Group, and Ji Jianyi, President of Qingte Group, signed a strategic agreement for the next three years on behalf of both parties. Wang Xiangjin, general manager of Cararo Group China Factory, Ji Hongxing, vice president of Qingte Group and general manager of Components Division, and other relevant leaders witnessed the signing ceremony.
In 2006, Qingte Group and Carraro Group established their first cooperation relationship, signing a contract for the development of the first product. In 2013, the two sides formally established a strategic cooperative relationship, Carraro Italy, Argentina, India and other global factories have increased the purchase of casting products, business volume increased year by year. Through the continuous communication, cooperation and support between the two sides, more and more kinds of products have been developed, and there are about 200 kinds of products such as axle housing, reduced shell, steering knuckle, intermediate box, half bridge and gland. In 2021, the two sides reached cooperation on the SUV project and formed a batch in 2022, broadening the cooperation field between the two sides and elevating the cooperation between the two sides to a new height.
From the initial cooperation of tractors and construction machinery products, to the SUV project that the market will gradually rise in 2023, the trade volume between the two sides will increase from 37.8 million in 2013 to 162 million in 2022. The Zint Group has won recognition from the Carraro Group for its high quality products and comprehensive services. In the future, ZINT will take the signing of this strategic cooperation agreement as an opportunity to build a vehicle and parts trade platform and achieve the development goal of “flying in both wings” in the domestic and international markets.
